Alicia is endlessly curious about how people work and perform both individually and together as a group.  This drive to learn about people led to deep studies about human dynamics and management science that continue to this day.  Applying this people science to the business setting is the foundation of the work she does with Performentor.biz.  She has a few credentials too.
